Interzoo 2026 was an unforgettable four days for our team. Throughout the exhibition, hundreds of partners, customers and industry professionals stopped by our stand to discover new products, exchange ideas and discuss the future of pet nutrition.

This year’s edition was especially meaningful for us. For the first time, we shared our stand with PetCo GmbH, which joined the VAFO family two years ago. Bringing our teams and portfolios together in one place allowed visitors to experience the strength of our group firsthand and discover how shared expertise, innovation and passion for pet nutrition drive everything we do.

Walking through the stand, visitors could explore innovations across a wide range of brands and categories. Carnilove attracted considerable attention as it made its first B2B exhibition appearance following its major rebranding, launched just weeks before the show. Brit introduced several new products within its growing cat portfolio, while Pooch & Mutt showcased its innovative Gut Health Test, reflecting the increasing focus on preventive care and personalised nutrition. Canvit completed the picture with its extensive range of supplements and vitamins designed to support pets throughout every stage of life.

One of the busiest areas of the stand was our dedicated Private Label section. Representing approximately one quarter of our turnover, it gave visitors a closer look at the breadth of our manufacturing capabilities. From recipe development and product formats to packaging solutions and marketing support, the exhibit demonstrated how we help partners bring tailor-made concepts to market through a complete end-to-end service.

PetCo GmbH complemented the presentation with its flagship brands WOW, Dog’s Love and Cat’s Love, further showcasing the diversity of premium nutrition solutions available across our group.

Today, we are more than 1,500 people across nine European countries, serving pet owners and partners in more than 90 markets worldwide. Yet despite our growth, Interzoo once again reminded us that our industry is built on relationships. The most valuable moments of the week were the conversations, new connections and long-term partnerships that continue to shape the future of pet nutrition.

Thank you to everyone from our Pet Food Family who visited us in Nuremberg. We look forward to continuing the conversations and seeing you again soon.
